By 2030 the territory of Minsk will increase more than by 30 thousand hectares.

The Minsk area is the largest and densely populated in republic. Here 18 village councils are located, the settlement of city type of Machulishchi, the city of Zaslavl (only 363 settlements, 324 housing estates and gardening associations), lives over 170 thousand persons.

In connection with expansion of borders of Minsk to 2015 the Minsk area can decrease for 6-7 thousand hectares, and to 2030 – on 35 thousand hectares.

Borders of some Village Soviets, including New Dvorsky, Sennitsky, Shchomyslitsky will be changed that will entail reduction of the earths of an agricultural purpose.

In connection with growth of Minsk more and more notable there is a threat of a housebreaking of a private sector in those settlements which border on city territory.

It is a question, for example, of village Kopishche which on vision of designers of “Minskgrado”, officials of the Minsk district executive committee and potential builders (Priorbank and firm “Eterika”), can be completely taken down.

The prepared project of updating of the project of a detailed lay-out the corresponding territory, a providing 100 percent pulling down of a private sector (105 individual houses, including brand new cottages) was discussed recently in Minsk district executive committee.

Updating the project of a detailed lay-out has been ordered in connection with the commission of the president of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko № 09/03 from 6/12/2008, according to which Priorbank and firm “Eterika” the rights to building of territory of microdistrict “Kopishche” without auction carrying out were given.

According to the representative of institute “MinskBuilding”, the requirement of a pulling down speaks necessity of increase in the areas under building of houses for “housing unsatisfied” Minskers. In new area it is planned to construct 1,2 million in sq. m of habitation that will allow to provide with it 43,6 thousand citizens. On operating the project of a detailed lay-out – with a partial pulling down of a private sector – Minsk will receive 800 thousand in sq. m. of habitation.

While about a village pulling down to speak early. The project of a detailed lay-out is in a discussion stage. But inhabitants of village in perplexity. Almost till today in Kopishche local authorities gave out to owners of sites building licences of individual houses. And some of them to construct the house, have sold apartments Minsks. Besides, at the initiative of inhabitants of village preparation of the documentation on settlement gasification is conducted. And anybody from officials, giving out the allowing documentation, at all has not hinted people about plans of a pulling down of village. They have learnt about it casually.

In summary we will notice that among people who wish to construct the house in capital suburb, there was a steady opinion that a site it is necessary to choose not more close 15 km from Minsk to exclude pulling down threat in 5-6 years.
