The Mingorispolkom has confirmed the town-planning project of detailed planning of territory in borders of streets of M.Bogdanovicha – V.Horuzhej – Kuibysheva – Masherova avenue.
The municipal zone of the Main military clinical medical centre will be transformed on a plan of architects: the centre will be reconstructed, buildings available on it and structures will be completely taken down. Existing 5-stored houses will be modernised, and 12 five-stored apartment blocks will be reconstructed with a superstructure of mansard floors on six of them. New buildings will grow in this area, it is planned to erect six many-stored houses (7, 9 and 19-stored). As a result of transformations the available housing in this territory will increase almost twice: from 69,1 thousand in sq.m. to 124,4 thousand in sq.m., and a population – from 3 thousand to almost 5 thousand persons.
An street-road system will have development. So, the Masherova avenue will be reconstructed and two-level traffic intersection will be constructed on crossing with M.Bogdanovicha’s street. Also reconstruction of Kujbysheva street is planned. Erection and three underground pedestrian crossings are provided.
